How to align Employee Vision with organizational Vision?

  • Does your organization face issues with disengaged employees?
  • Do you work in a company that somehow does not seem to get the best out of you?
  • Are you an organizational leader who cannot communicate your vision to your employees?
  • Are you an employee who does not “vibrate” to reading your company’s Vision Statement on the wall?

If you find these questions intriguing…join Eleftheria Egel and myself during this fascination journey!

Disengaged employees are indifferent to the organization they work in. They likely come to work wanting to make a difference– but their intentions are lost on the way with negative effects on their individual sense of wellbeing and the organization’s productivity. Organizational visions aim to inspire and motivate employees to transcend their own self-interests for the sake of the organization. However, vision statements are often so grandiose that they become irrelevant or meaningless for the employees. Leaders fail to connect the articulated goals with employees’ values and their sense of purpose in their day-to-day work. The purpose of this workshop is to help organizations and employees to reconnect by following a bottom up approach to vision shaping and common goal setting.

For whom?

For managers and leaders who want to learn how to share the inspiration and aspiration of their organizational vision with their employees’ personal vision of purpose. For employees who want to rediscover their sense of meaningfulness at work and nurture their intrinsic motivation mechanism.
